This is a private community in the Granbury area. While most owners associations do not have an established 40 year running magazine, this community of approximately 8,000 people does. It's a month to month magazine. I have the pleasure to call this my full time job! I design the magazine, have close communication with every advertiser and send it off to be printed and distributed every month. I also get to work on the website, and help coordinate some pictures and info for the magazine and website.
